The ARRiBA Latinos Festival is set to ignite the Adventist Health Amphitheater in Tulare, California, on Saturday, August 30, 2025, with a powerhouse lineup headlined by celebrated Regional Mexican artists Regulo Caro and Noel Torres. This highly anticipated event promises an immersive celebration of Latino music, culture, and vibrant energy, drawing fans from across the region.

A Celebration of Latin Culture and Music

The ARRiBA Latinos Festival is designed as a premier cultural experience, aiming to bring together communities through a shared appreciation for Latino heritage. The festival is more than just a concert; it’s an expansive showcase of the rich tapestry of Latino traditions, featuring a dynamic blend of musical performances, authentic culinary experiences, and engaging entertainment. This event serves as a platform to honor and promote the diverse artistic expressions within the Latin community, offering attendees a memorable day filled with rhythm, flavor, and spirit.

Featuring Regional Mexican Powerhouses

Headlining the festival are two prominent figures in the Regional Mexican music scene: Regulo Caro and Noel Torres.

Regulo Caro, a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, is known for his innovative approach to corridos and his ability to blend traditional Mexican sounds with contemporary influences, including hip-hop beats. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Sonora, Mexico, Caro has established himself as a significant artist with a discography of numerous albums and accolades, including a star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. His energetic live performances and relatable lyrics have earned him a dedicated following.

Noel Torres, a gifted singer-songwriter and accordionist from Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, also brings a formidable presence to the festival. Torres is recognized for his romantic ballads and powerful corridos, often drawing from his personal life experiences. He has released several top-charting albums and singles, collaborating with notable artists and garnering award nominations, solidifying his position as a key player in the Latin music landscape.

The New Adventist Health Amphitheater

This year’s ARRiBA Latinos Festival will take place at the newly established Adventist Health Amphitheater, located at 455 E. Tulare Avenue in Tulare. The venue, which officially opened in May 2025, boasts a capacity of up to 6,000 attendees and is poised to become a significant destination for live entertainment in the Central Valley. Its introduction marks a new era for community events in Tulare, offering state-of-the-art facilities for concerts and cultural gatherings.

Beyond the Music: An Immersive Experience

Attendees can anticipate a full spectrum of entertainment at the ARRiBA Latinos Festival. Beyond the main stage performances, the event will feature thrilling Lucha Xtreme showcases, bringing the high-flying action of Lucha Libre wrestling to the forefront. Complementing the entertainment, a variety of food vendors will offer authentic Latino cuisine, while classic low-rider exhibits will add a distinctive visual element to the cultural celebration. For younger attendees, a dedicated children’s corner will provide daytime activities, including bounce houses and face painting, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere.

The ARRiBA Latinos Festival represents a significant event for the region, highlighting the best of Latin music and culture. With Regulo Caro and Noel Torres leading the charge, supported by a rich array of attractions, the festival is set to be a standout event of the year. Tickets are currently available, and early purchase is recommended for this highly anticipated cultural showcase.
